At  Natural  Paint  Co,  we  understand  that  your  living  environment  needs  to  look  great  for  years  to  come.    That  is  why  we  offer  an  industry  leading  25-year  paint  performance  guarantee  that  gives  you  complete  peace  of  mind.   By  using  Natural  Paint  Co,  you  have  a  promise  from  us  that  your  paint  will  stand  the  test  of  time – conditions  apply*.  

Guarantee  Conditions  

*At  Natural  Paint  Co,  we  guarantee  that  our  Interior  paint  systems  will  not  blister,  flake  or  peel  for  25  years  when  applied  on  properly  prepared  surfaces  as  per  appropriate  Natural  Paint  Co  technical  data  sheets  and  specification  sheets.

Product  failure  caused  by  any  breakdown  of  coatings  applied  previously  is  not  covered  by  this  guarantee.  If  our  Interior  paint  systems  do  not  perform  as  specified  above  we  will  provide,  free  of  charge,  product  to  rectify  the  affected  areas.  This  guarantee  is  limited  and  excludes  all  labour  and  other  charges.      

To  meet  this  guarantee,  we  ask  that  any  applicator  conform  to  best  practices  and  techniques  contained  inAS/NZS  2311  and  the  MPNZA  Specification  manual.  To  ensure  the  product  can  meet  its  warranties,  the  applicator  is  to  be  a  member  of  MPNZA  and  should  be  an  experienced  competent  worker,  familiar  with  the  techniques  specified.

The  applicator  is  to  have  the  necessary  skill,  experience  and  equipment  to  undertake  the  work.  The  applicator  remains  responsible  for  ensuring  proper  completion  of  the  work.  

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.  If you change your mind about an item purchased, you are welcome to return it for a full refund or to exchange it for another product. 

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us at showroom@nauralpaint.co.nz and ask for our ‘Returns & Exchanges’ Form.  Please include the completed Returns & Exchanges’ Form with each item being returned.    

If you cannot print the Returns & Exchanges Form, please attach a note to each item, including details of the customer name, email address, delivery address, telephone number and invoice number.

Please send all items being returned to the delivery address stated on the Returns & Exchanges’ Form.  Keep a record of your return shipment until you have received your credit, refund or exchange.  We suggest that you return your item(s) using a tracked service. 

The only conditions applying to returns and exchanges are as follows:

Within 14 days of delivery, goods may be eligible to be returned, provided:

  • They are in a “re-sellable condition”, in their original, undamaged and unopened containers, accompanied by the returns form
  • Test pots, tinted products, colour matching services and citrus thinner cannot be returned or exchanged and are non-refundable.
  • Returned goods must be returned, at the purchaser’s expense, to the nearest Natural Paint Company warehouse
  • We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of $15.00 for each item of goods that are returned in damaged or dirty containers or for cancelled orders.

Once a return has been deemed eligible for a refund, a refund will be given on the products only. No refund will be given for courier costs. Refunds are paid via bank transfer and usually take 5-7 working days.

Please send all items being returned to the delivery address stated on the Returns Form.  Keep a record of your return shipment until you have received your credit, refund or exchange.  We suggest that you return your item(s) using a tracked service. 

We will endeavour to process your returned product as soon as we can once it is received at our warehouse.  Once the return has been approved (the items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging) you will receive an email advising how your return is being processed.

Where a group of products are purchased as a set or Package (where the total price is reduced as part of the purchase of the products in the overall package) and you wish to make a return of one or more of these products, you must return all products included in the Package. As per our returns policy above, all products being returned must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Natural Paint Co reserves the right to reject returns and exchanges outside the 14-day return period.

Product/s returned to us that do not meet our returns policy guidelines outlined above will be held at Natural Paint Co warehouse. The customer will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the goods back to the customer.
